CyberCX welcomes you to submit an expression of interest to join us at the CyberXCHANGE Breakfast Briefing Series, our bi-annual executive customer event, as we look ahead to 2026.

Expert-led presentations will highlight key trends, emerging threats, and innovative strategies that organisations must embrace to stay ahead in an increasingly digital and AI-driven world.

Each event will also feature a fireside chat with a local customer, exploring the intersection of cyber security and cloud, the security implications of AI and the evolving landscape of cyber security.

This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights, connect with peers, and prepare your organisation for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

Breakfast Briefings in each region will commence with 8.00am arrival barista coffee followed by a seated breakfast and presentations from 8.30am - 10.30am.

Matthew Morrison

Matthew is CyberCX’s lead expert on New Zealand and the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector, responsible for monitoring, triaging, and communicating cyber threats. Matthew has experience with the NZ Government, specialising in understanding the cyber threat to critical organisations. He has led analytical teams to develop and maintain a comprehensive picture of the cyber threat environment, represented the NZ Government at international forums and coordinated activities between NZ and partner governments. Matthew will speak in Auckland and Wellington.

Finn Robinsen

Finn is a Senior Analyst at CyberCX specialising in global intelligence monitoring and reporting, providing analysis of geopolitical, regulatory, and economic developments. Finn is also the team’s expert on ideologically motivated cyber threats targeting Australia and New Zealand. Finn leads a team of analysts tracking incidents involving nation-state, financially motivated, and ideologically driven threat actors. He has directed investigations into high-value data exposures and researched the cyber implications of emerging conflicts. Finn will speak in Christchurch.

Tim Sewell

Tim is the regional Chief Executive Officer for New Zealand at CyberCX. Tim has spent 20+ years in the cybersecurity industry, writing code, architecting security solutions, implementing governance frameworks and aligning business outcomes and cybersecurity. He has led major cyber uplift programs and worked extensively across public and private sectors. Tim loves helping solve customers problems and seeing the results of great teamwork. Tim will provide the welcome address in all three regions.

Simon Bridges

Simon Bridges is the CEO of the Auckland Business Chamber (ABC), a key figure in New Zealand's business network, which supports vibrant communities through advocacy and resources. He also serves as Chair of Waka Kotahi (NZ Transport Agency) and holds positions on several corporate boards. A former National MP for Tauranga, Bridges was Leader of the Opposition and a senior Cabinet Minister, overseeing portfolios like Energy and Transport. Simon is our keynote speaker in Auckland.

John Berry

John believes ethical investing can fund a better, more sustainable world – and deliver great financial returns. As co-founder of Pathfinder Asset Management, John has grown this ethical investment approach to over $1 billion, including through Pathfinder’s KiwiSaver. John was personally recognised in 2023 by the Sustainable Business Network with the ‘Sustainability Superstar Award’ and in 2024 by Robert Walters with the ‘NZ Sustainability Leadership Award’. John is our industry keynote in Auckland.

Eli Hirschauge

Eli Hirschauge heads ANZ NZ Information Security function, is part of the ANZ Aotearoa technology leadership team and ANZ Group Cyber Security leadership team. With over 30 years’ of experience, Eli held technology and security roles in several financial services in NZ and overseas. He holds an MBA from University of Auckland Business School and completed the university’s 2018 Strategic CIO programme. A frequent keynote speaker, Eli often shares insights on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and IT leadership. Eli is our customer fireside chat guest in Auckland.

Hon Judith Collins KC

Hon Judith Collins KC is the Attorney-General, Minister of Defence, Minister for Digitising Government, Minister for the Public Service, Minister Responsible for the GCSB, Minister Responsible for the NZSIS and Minister for Space. She is the MP for Papakura and was first elected to Parliament to represent the seat of Clevedon in 2002. Judith is our keynote speaker in Wellington.

Paul Jepson

Paul is FMG’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), and the Executive responsible for the Mutual’s Information and Cyber Security Capability. Paul has over 20 years as a CIO/CTO with Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) responsibilities. Experience in New Zealand at the Electoral Commission, National Hazards Commission (NHC), Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) and Housing New Zealand along with BSkyB Ltd (Sky TV) in the UK provide plenty of content for our fireside chat guest in Wellington.

Aram Raof-Karim

Chief Information Security Officer, University of Otago Aram leads the Cyber Security & Identity Group at the University of Otago. He is passionate about good leadership, efficient operations, data driven decision making, and protecting organisations from cyber threats. Aram has cyber security and leadership experience across tertiary education, large enterprises, and Defence sectors. Aram is our fireside chat guest in Christchurch.
